The Viral Media Lab (theviralmedialab.org) is an online resource and multimedia event/website that evolved from a course of the same name which debuted this Fall at The New School for Public Engagement. The collective generated real time documentation of the events at #OccupyWallStreet and nationwide #OWS protests via blog posts, twitter (hashtags #OWS #vmlab) and Facebook feeds. In addition the Lab produced several short documentaries, a Flickr photo stream and Remix artworks using the Pepper Spray meme.
The Viral Media Lab proposes contributing photographic prints, videos, twitter screen grabs, and blog posts to the Occupy Wall Street Exhibition.
